Alma Hotel Palermo

The location was fantastic, within walking distance of Disneyland and Downtown Disney. It was tucked away on a quiet street, so I could sleep comfortably at night. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the staff, especially the housekeeping staff, were exceptional.

The staff at the hotel were amazing - friendly, helpful, and efficient. They went out of their way to make our Christmas stay nice. The hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions and is easily accessible from the airport. We loved the breakfast spread, especially the homemade cakes that were served every morning. It added a special touch to our holiday experience.

The lack of English language channels on the TV. It would have been nice to have some options for entertainment in the evenings.

And let's not forget the delicious breakfast with Antonella's homemade Sicilian cakes, including a gluten-free option.

I had the most good stay at the Alma hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with black & white photos of Sicily. The bathroom was modern and sleek, giving it a hipster feel. The staff was helpful, providing customized Google maps and recommendations for restaurants. The breakfast spread was amazing, with 9 types of light cakes baked by Antonella, one of the co-owners. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and the best gelato place in Palermo. I highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and cute experience.

One downside of our stay was the street noise, especially during the night. It was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep with the balcony door open.

The staff here couldn't be friendlier or more helpful, recommending the best local attractions, restaurants, and even their favorite coffee shop for the perfect cup of joe. The rooms are sleek and well-maintained, with modern amenities like a mounted TV and a stocked mini fridge. But the highlight has to be the breakfast - Antonella's home made cakes are a delicious treat and a great way to start the day.
