Alma Hotel Palermo

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, and the hotel facilities were great. The room was clean and had convenient amenities like a fridge and microwave. The location was amazing as it was close to Disneyland and within walking distance to food and gas. Additionally, there was a shuttle service available for transportation. we were satisfied with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the convenient location in downtown Disney.

They went out of their way to make our Christmas stay memorable. the hotel is conveniently located near the main attractions and is easily accessible from the airport. We loved the breakfast spread, especially the homemade cakes that were served every morning. It added a special touch to our holiday experience.

The lack of English language channels on the TV. It would have been nice to have some options for entertainment in the evenings.

I had the most delightful stay at the Alma hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with black & white photos of Sicily. The bathroom was modern and sleek, giving it a hipster feel. The staff was incredibly helpful, providing customized Google maps and recommendations for restaurants. The breakfast spread was amazing, with 9 types of light cakes baked by Antonella, one of the co-owners. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and the best gelato place in Palermo. I highly recommend this hotel for a cozy and welcoming experience.

One downside of our stay was the street noise, especially during the night. It was quite loud and made it difficult to sleep with the balcony door open.
